There is no fee to pay by eCheck, however, the bank will charge a fee if you use the credit card option.
If you are doing a one-time payment, you can choose the option ”MAKE A PAYMENT” and you do not have to set up an account.

If you will be using the website to make future payments, it is best to set up an account under “SIGN IN” and choose “Pay Rent and HOA Dues” then sign up. When you make your payment each time, you can just sign in with your username and password.
