Piety Hill Place Maintenance
Brian Brodhead is our onsite Maintenance Supervisor. His general schedule provides for 4 hours per day during the week. Days and times are detailed below.
Brian should always be the first step in requesting repair assistance. He can advise whether the required repair is something that would be supported by the Condominium Association or would be a repair that is the responsibility of the unit owner.
BRIAN’S WORK HOURS:
MONDAY & FRIDAY: 8:30am to 12:30pm
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
